Pain Killers do More Thank Kill Pain – Percocet
I’ve just had an L5-S1 Laminectomy (back surgery). When the disk fully herniated, there was immense pain. Post surgery, there is also a lot of pain at the spot of the procedure. For both, the prescription is Percocet. It does take the edge off the pain, but there is more to it. Read more →

Tour de Poway 2012 – Post Microfracture Century
Completing the 101 miles of the 2012 Tour de Poway is a good measure of my microfracture recovery. In 2007, I had microfracture surgery on my right knee.
